The diningroom table beautifully set and waiting for the feast. Thank you to Janet Bennett and Marge Ross for getting things ready. Also, thank you to Jacquie and Alice Monk for helping out on Saturday.

The salad preparations. The fun of pot luck is in the wonderful food that finds its way to the party.

Charles Kobelt and John Rasmussen enjoying each others company prior to lunch.

The dinner is on, ham and casseroles and salads and desserts galore. Thank you to everyone. Food and fellowship is something we do really well.

Gathering at the goodies. St. Barnabas knows how to gather for a meal.

The discussion continued in the kitchen - of course.

A wonderful luncheon of soup and sandwiches was served - pot luck style.

Greg gave a wonderful presentation regarding the results of the St. Barnabas Survey.

If you were not able to make the January 18th meeting, we will have another one next month. Let Greg know if you are interested.

Sunday, January 4, 2008 - We welcomed with great joy the arrival of Rev. Robin Guinness and Sandra Guinness.

A record crowd turned out to welcome Robin and Sandra Guinness.  A number of Robin and Sandra's friends from Montreal made the trip to welcome them back to Quebec.  Robin and Sandra will be with us for the next few months as we go through a period of discernment regarding the future of St. Barnabas Church.

Sandra Guinness greeting friends at coffee hour.

Wonderful warm welcome. One member of our congregation wrote "We just got back from church and feel energized after the service and Robin's debut. Our prayers have been answered and Robin and Sandra will no doubt play an inspirational role in our transition and growth as a Church!!!" - we couldn't have said it better ourselves.

Monday, December 29, 2008 - St. Barnabas Church members serve tea at The Connaught Home using the Dame historic tea service. Christmas carols were sung while Cheryl Stroud played and the residents loved it. Miss Q made a surprise visit and was loved by all.

As you can see, where there is St. Barnabas there is food! Thank you to all who participated in this wonderful neighborly event.
